Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to products purchased through the ONZ Solar website and outlines the procedures and conditions for returning products.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: Products that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect Products: Products that differ from what you ordered.
  • Unused and Resalable Condition: Products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Within the Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed or used.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products that are outside the specified return period.
  • Consumable items after they have been opened.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at onzsolutionsb@gmail.com or +601126253887 within the specified return period.
  • Provide Information: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product (if applicable).
  • Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions if your return is approved.  
  • Package the Product: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Label the Package: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the Product: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.  
  • Provide Tracking Information: Provide us with the tracking number of the returned shipment.

Inspection and Refund

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.  
  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.  
  • Refunds will be for the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping costs.  
  • If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the product back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products.
  • The exchange process is the same as the return process.
  • If the replacement product is not available, we will offer a refund.
